South Africa & Victoria Falls Tour Conditions

Terms and Conditions:

These terms and conditions are additional to the full terms and conditions contained in the Evergreen Tours Africa 2016 brochure. All bookings are subject to Evergreen Tours full terms and conditions. The contract between Scenic Pty Ltd (“Evergreen”, “We”, “Us” or “Our”) and you includes: (a) the full terms and conditions; and (b) your itinerary. It is important that you carefully read the contract as you will be bound by it once you have signed the terms and conditions or otherwise paid the earlier of your booking deposit or the tour price.
 
What you need to know:

The tour advertised in this flyer is organised and/or operated by Evergreen Tours Pty Ltd a division of Scenic Tours Pty Ltd. (hereinafter called ‘We’) We reserve the right to alter or change the accommodation, carriers or coaches at any time for any reason. The company reserves the right to cancel or alter the itinerary and/or tour without notice as may be found necessary for any reason whatsoever including, but not limited to, road, weather or traffic conditions, non-performance of suppliers, industrial action, acts of war, acts of terrorism, operational conditions and requirements. All additional expenses incurred as a result of any delays, cancellations or alterations will be your responsibility. Tour variations or interruptions may occur due to road, river or weather conditions; national or local holidays affecting the closure of public buildings and attractions; strikes, civil disturbances and advices by governments; force majeure events; hazards associated with travelling in underdeveloped areas; travel by boat, train, automobile, aircraft and other means of transportation; or vehicle maintenance.
 
Security Deposit:

A non-refundable and non-transferrable deposit of $1,000 per person is due within 7 days of booking and no later than 31 December 2015 to secure the Earlybird discount. A second payment is due no later than 31 December for the airfare and taxes. It is advisable to take out travel insurance at this time.
 
*Tour Price:

Tour price is per person, twin share and includes Earlybird discount.
 
Payment of tour price:

The total tour price must be paid no later than 120 days prior to departure.
 
*Group Discount:
Based on a minimum number of guests. Discount already included in tour price.
 
Earlybird Deals:
Save $325 per person when booked and deposited no later than 31 December 2015.
 
Fully Escorted:
Based on minimum numbers.
 
Airfares:

Based on economy class with Singapore Airlines from Sydney and subject to availability of specific class. If not available, surcharges may apply. Upon confirmation of flights, additional payment of airfare and taxes is due (approx. 11 months prior to departure).
 
Cancellation Fee:

Any cancellation of the tour by you prior to your tour departure date (including any changes to your tour departure date) will result in the following cancellation fees: 91 days and over notice is loss of deposit, 120 to 62 days’ notice is 50% of tour price, 61 days or less notice is 100% of tour price. You may also be liable to pay cancellation fees to airlines and other third parties. Any additional overnight accommodation required as a result of changes to your flights are payable.
 
Itinerary:

Itinerary is subject to change at any time due to unforeseen circumstances. Pictured representations of rooms in tour brochures are not drawn to scale.
 
Pictures, images and information:

All images in tour brochures represent typical scenes and descriptive detail for each tour, however it is possible that the particular subject matter may not be seen or experienced on tour. Also, some pictures may have been digitally enhanced.
 
Tour Maps:

Any maps or route depictions are intended as an indication only and should not be relied upon.
